How does it work?

Step 1 -Decided on your favourite location for your bride’s last hurrah, now the fun begins- choosing the perfect accommodation. Check out our listed apartments and exclusive-use houses in Bath, Cotswolds, Edinburgh and the stunning Scottish Highlands! We've included some activity inspo to go hand in hand with your accommodation for that one-of-a-kind hen or -choose your own!

Step 2 – Once you've picked your preferred accommodation, it's time to choose the activities your bride will love. All of our suppliers have been hand-picked by Flock to offer fun, quirky, and alternative hen party activities that offer a personalised experience your hens will never forget.

Step 3 - Looking for some inspiration- Browse our expertly curated packages! We've put together an amazing list of activities and dining experiences to suit the bride-to-be’s personality so that you have the best options to choose from and most importantly, that the bride will love. So whether your brides vibe is free-spirited boho, thrill-seeking adventurer, or the life and soul of the party there’s something for everyone. How do the individual payment plans work?
​
We take a £50 pp deposit to secure the booking, then, to make life easy, we offer individual payment plans so that costs are more manageable for you and your group. Payday payment plans means that the guests can spread the cost of their package into 4 monthly instalments spread across pay days. Your personal party planner will inform you of your payment plan prior to booking so you know what amounts are due and when.

Can we split the cost of the bride between the group?
​
Yes, we'll simply divide the cost for the bride evenly across the group and incorporate this cost into the individual payment plans.

How do I book?
​
Once you are ready to confirm your booking, we will provide you with a hen party booking link to share with your guests. Each guest can sign up and secure their spot with a £50 deposit, or you can register as the lead booker and handle all the payments if preferred. Please note that your booking will only be confirmed once all individual deposit payments are received. To lock in your booking as soon as possible, the lead booker can make a single upfront deposit payment and handle the balance payments for the entire group.

Can I book a 1 night stay?
​
​We know sometimes you might just need a quick getaway, but all of the beautiful properties we partner with have a minimum stay of 2 nights. This helps ensure you have plenty of time to settle in, relax, and truly enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.

What happens if my numbers change after booking?
​
If someone in your group can no longer attend, any payments they’ve made up to that point are non-refundable. We do this because their share always goes directly towards the fixed accommodation cost, helping to keep the price as low as possible for the rest of the group.

Once they cancel, they won’t need to make any further payments. However, if their cancellation leaves an outstanding balance- such as when accommodation has a set total cost or an activity requires a minimum group size - they may still need to cover their share of that amount. If this isn’t paid by the individual before the balance due date, the lead booker or remaining group members would need to cover the difference ahead of the booking date.

​What if one of my guests can only join us for one night - how does that work?
​
​​We totally get that not everyone can make the whole weekend. If a guest is only able to come for one night, we can work out a special price just for what they’re joining in on. However, we do encourage everyone to stay for the full weekend where possible, as accommodation is a set cost shared by the group - meaning a shorter stay for one guest will affect the overall package price for the others. Plus, it makes the celebration even more special for the bride when all her hens are there to enjoy the entire weekend together.

What if we need to cancel the whole event?
​
If you need to cancel your booking, any payments made up to that point will be non-refundable, as we’ll have already paid our accommodation and activity suppliers on your behalf. We’ll always advocate for our hens and do everything we can to try and secure a refund for you, but please note this is unlikely. For extra peace of mind, we recommend taking out your own travel insurance in case you need to cancel. Where possible, we’ll also do our best to move your booking to another date, so you don’t lose out entirely.

For all other circumstances, refunds will be at the discretion of Flock Events and made in consideration of losses incurred and anticipated.
