- Private pilates class in the on-site yoga studio — gentle warm-ups, full-body flow, stretching to finish.
- Afternoon: hot tub and sauna on rotation, ice bath if she's brave.
- Evening: the night is yours — Mr & Mrs and games in the dining room.
