What if someone in our group drops out?

Any payments they've made to that point are non-refundable. That money always goes directly towards the fixed accommodation cost, which helps keep the price lower for the rest of the group. They won't owe anything else. If their cancellation leaves a shortfall on the house or a minimum-group activity, the lead booker or remaining guests cover that share ahead of the booking date.

Can we split the bride's share between the group?

Yes. We divide the bride's cost evenly across the group and fold it straight into everyone's individual payment plan. She never sees a bill.

Can one guest come for just one night?

We'll work out a special price for just the part she's joining. We do encourage the whole group to stay for the full weekend where possible. The accommodation is a set cost shared by the group, so a shorter stay for one guest affects the package price for the others.

Is there a minimum group size?

Yes. We need at least 8 guests to confirm a booking. The houses and experiences we work with are sized for hen groups of 8 to 38.

Can we do just one night?

Our properties have a minimum stay of 2 nights. We find it gives the group enough time to settle in, relax, and actually enjoy the weekend instead of feeling rushed.

What if we need to cancel the whole weekend?

We pay our accommodation and activity suppliers on your behalf, so payments made to that point are non-refundable. We'll always advocate for our hens and try to secure a refund where possible. For peace of mind we recommend taking out travel insurance. Where we can, we'll work to move your booking to another date so you don't lose out entirely.

Of course. We have a strong supplier network across the UK. Just tell us the details and we'll build you a bespoke itinerary around budget, vibe, and location.
