Picture-book villages, big-house weekends, no London prices.

The Cotswolds is one of the UK's most photographed countrysides for a reason. Honey-stone cottages, country pubs that haven't changed in 200 years, market towns small enough that the whole bridal party can take them over for a Saturday afternoon.

Our six Cotswolds houses are picked for groups of 12 to 30. Several have hot tubs, a couple have private spas, all of them have the kind of garden that turns a sunny Saturday into a four-hour lunch. Bath, Bristol and London are all within driving distance, so the group can come from anywhere.

Why hens book with Flock,
instead of planning everything themselves.

  1. We organise the weekend.

Hen houses, activities, dining, the Saturday-night plan. Your hen planner who has walked the house and booked the suppliers. You give us the bride's vibe; we come back with a shape that fits her.

  2. We chase the money.

Each hen pays us £50 to hold a place, then three monthly Payday instalments. 0 reminders you have to send. We chase. You don't.

  3. We plan every detail, you celebrate.

Houses, activities, dining — all booked and confirmed before the weekend starts. We plan every detail so things run smoothly and you can focus on the bride.

Flock dealt with all the payments so I didn't have to chase anyone up. Taking off any added stress.

The most amazing weekend in Kingussie. Eilidh, who organised everything, couldn't be more helpful.

Took the stress out of my hen do in Bath. Everything was easy. They sorted a payment plan and organised the activities.

Slight hiccup 3 days before, original owners had double-booked. Kat was immediately on the case and found us an incredible replacement.

What the Cotswolds brides said

"We did the Zen Bride for my sister's hen and it was exactly what she needed before the wedding stress kicked in. The pamper party in the house was the best decision."— Megan T., maid of honour, Cotswolds spa house
"We had 22 guests, four under-fives at home, and a bride who wanted nothing complicated. They sorted the lot, including the morning brunch. We turned up, drank wine, played cards in the garden."— Lou H., best friend, Cotswolds country estate

The honest answers

How many guests do Cotswolds packages work for?

Sweet spot is 12 to 24, which fits most of our Cotswolds houses. We can go up to 30 in the bigger estates. Below 12 the per-person price climbs because the house is a fixed cost shared across the group.

What does 'from £260 per person' actually cover?

Two nights' accommodation in a private exclusive-use house, two of the headline activities for that package, all in-house dining (private chef and welcome platters), and your planner from start to finish. Drinks beyond welcome cocktails, transport, and any add-on activities are extras, transparently quoted.

Are the activities flexible inside a package?

Yes. Each package is a starting point. If your bride doesn't want a dance class but does want a vineyard tour, we swap. If your group has a vegan, the chef adapts. The weekend should fit her, not the other way round.

Can we mix Cotswolds and Bath in one trip?

Some groups do. Bath is 30 to 45 minutes from most of our Cotswolds houses, so a Friday night in Bath plus a Saturday in the country house is a real combination. Tell your planner and we'll cost both legs.

Are dogs allowed in any of the houses?

Two of our Cotswolds houses are dog-friendly with notice. Worth flagging on the enquiry form so we filter the shortlist correctly.

When should we book a Cotswolds package for the summer?

Six to nine months out for May to September Saturdays. Sooner if you want the spa houses. Most groups confirming now are booking for next spring.
