Herefordshire is the hidden country-house weekend.
All the country-house magic of the Cotswolds without the Cotswolds crowds. Rolling hills, orchards and big skies, with the Malvern Hills twenty minutes up the road and Ledbury station nine miles away for anyone coming by train.
Blackbird House sleeps 20 across seven bedrooms. Fizz on the dining terrace, a long-table dinner for the whole group in the kitchen, then everyone out to the fire sphere in the apple orchard. Add a hot tub on request and a mobile cocktail bartender, and nobody needs to leave the house all weekend.
